Ralph W. Hornsby, Jr. was born in Huntsville, Alabama, on May 12, 1967. Mr. Hornsby earned a B.A. degree from Birmingham-Southern College in 1989. In 1992, Mr. Hornsby received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. Mr. Hornsby was admitted to the Bar of the State of Alabama in 1992 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Hornsby practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and nursing home neglect and abuse. He has won substantial verdicts in each of these areas.
